me and my husband stayed there 3 nights in the tent the owners were very welcoming and always asked it we needed... anything. Really liked the place. It was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Big room, with lots of spaces. With... playground, BBQ, kitchenette, and bonfire amenities. Price was worth it!

Great place to stay when in the area. We've actually passed this place several times over the last 5-6 years since... we've been visiting the area and never knew how great of a place this was, wish we knew about this place sooner! Customer service received from management and staff was top notch. We took up my mil and on the first night we stayed in the cabin tents and my husband and I loved it. My mil not so much since she really hasn't camped much so on the second night we stayed in a room and it was equally great and comfortable. My mil found a few earwigs but what do you expect when you're so close to the woods. But again my hubby and I are campers and bugs in our tent just comes with the territory, my mil is definitely not a camper. Overall thought the rooms were clean and our stay was very comfortable. My hubby and I would definitely stay here again, in fact we've already booked for our next visit, but this time without my mil. Can't wait for our next visit!read more

Great people. Richy owner is a nice guy...we were there for 5 nights .. cleaners are coming every day. Very reasonable service for what we pay.. Richy helps us to plan our day trip.. I highly recommend the place .... Bhathiya

Great service and great and comfortable rooms. Loved the clean bathrooms and the BBQ grills and open fire pits (unlimited free firewood is supplied). Our host was amazing and went out of his way to satisfy our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a great little place for an over night stay. Very clean and reasonably priced. Furnishings are very basic. There is a small fridge in the room and a kitchenette a few doors down. We have stayed there three times.

Very clean, quiet, & easily accessible. Beds very comfortable, fridge & microwave in room. Nice looking restaurant but not open due to covid. Icecream & treats available along with fishing supplies. Place for bonfire & bbq. Staff very friendly & accessible

Peacful place. We always love to stay here. Very clean rooms. And best part is fire pit right outside your room. And you can use as much wood as you want for free.

Stayed two nights with friends. Very quiet and nice place. Owner is helpful too. There are lot to explore nearby. The only problem was, lot of plugs were not working in the room for lights and charging.

We stayed two nights in this cozy place, extremely friendly stuff members. Place is clean and quiet with BBQ, Fireplace and everything you need to feel home a way from home! Great location, with a lot things to do around. It felt like cottage vacation. I forgot my charger in the room, very same day got a phone call and it was shipped to me the next day! That is an amazing costumer service👌 Thank you Richy 😊 we will recommend it to everyone!

Great location while visiting the Bruce Peninsula.
We stayed here first time in the summer, we returned for the Thanksgiving weekend and we are looking forward to enjoy the cozy fire place in the winter.
Richie, the owner, was helpful with the booking over the phone.
The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nicely decorated and with access to the backyard equiped with picnic tables, bbq, a firepit and a small playground.
Definitely recommend for a stay.

Amazing place and location. Within proximity to any direction, whether you wanna visit Beaches like Sauble or Wasaga or if you wanna get soaked in blue Georgian Bay water at tobermory.
Amazing owner and amazing food. Needs a few minor improvements, otherwise will definitely recommend.

This is our second time to Spirit Lodge and we love going out with our friends and families to this place. It is very conveniently located close to Bruce and Tobermory as well as beaches. This is great spot for kids especially they can play in park and get together camp fire . There is also shared kitchenette for meals. We will be visiting again.

This place was an amazing stay for us as a group. Huge room with a shared kitchen and an amazing backyard with a small forest trail leading to a beautiful view of the nature. The owner was very helpful in providing us the logs for the bonfire. Having a barbecue and bonfire night was the best part of the stay at this place.

One of the best place to stay in Wiarton, ON. We really enjoyed our two night stay at this motel. The host of this motel was kind and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the freshly made vegetarian samosas. Wifi was a bit slow but had an overall great experience staying at this motel.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. They have a barbecue and bonfire for guests. You can sit and chill in the backyard under the stars. Near to market and have an mesmerizing view. Also, they have one common kitchen for guests with all appliances. Recommended to everyone for great stay in reasonable prices!

What a gem of a restaurant. We came up for a weekend getaway and stumbled across this place. The food was some of the best Indian we’ve had- fresh and perfectly spiced. The mango lassis also had the perfect amount of cardamom to make them lovely. Absolutely add this to your places to stop- the rotating menu makes it all the more special.

A cozy tent experience featuring access to a bbq and communal fire pit. The tent fits a double bed, night stand, table and two chairs. Perfect for a quick getaway without the hassle of bringing all the camping gear. Accommodating hosts, and a decent cold continental breakfast of just muffins, cereal and coffee.

Great vegetarian Indian food in Wiarton. Not a large menu but enough choices for everyone. Clean facilities and friendly service. They are closed between 3pm and 5pm daily so you have to plan accordingly.

Timcy the owner and cook is a very friendly lady. Nice fresh and tasty Indian dishes. All vegetarian and some vegan. We did not miss the meat. Very reasonable.

Very dirty and outdated! Floor was so dirty and sticky that I had to tiptoe in the bathroom. The washroom was more like a public one ( have a look at my photos). No way walking barefoot in the room. Dirty spots on the sheets. No microwave or a coffee maker ( they have one microwave for all the rooms for a shared usage). I didn't know that microwaves are a part of a luxury stay now 🙁
I, honestly, don't know how they got such a high review rating? The location is great though, I hope the owner will make important improvements. But now don't waste your money!

Have stayed at this motel three times in the last twelve months. It is exactly as described -- a basic motel. But it is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there is free wi-if and tv. Breakfast is simple (toast, cereal, muffins) Close enough to town for restaurants, etc.

My husband and I ordered take out from Spirit Rock Cafe and Curry and it was absolutely delicious!!! The samosas were delicious and we ordered one of the curry specials which did not disappoint! Spices were just right! We will be ordering from here again soon. You have to try it!! You will not be disappointed. The naan bread was good too.

Great motel in Wiarton! Also a great little fishing tackle shop, you can get live bait (worms/minnows). They also sell fishing license. Close to Wiarton waterfront and 15 min to Sauble Beach.

Have been staying there for the past 5 years. Great rooms and breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. You can have a bonfire in the backyard. There is a shop on site that sells camping gear/ local artisan crafts and ice cream. Well-managed and clean.

Very good food at the Spirit Rock Cafe & Curry. Had mushroom curry. Many layers of flavours. Yum. Same with Red Bean curry. Chai tea and dessert also fresh and good.

Spent two nights here and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the restaurant. If you want excellent curry come here. In my opinion, this place is by far the best restaurant in Wiarton. You will not be disappointed in the fresh and delicious food. And it is a ma and pop shop so you know you are supporting a nice local family.

We love indian food. Stopped here after all day ATVing yesterday to try it out. We picked up take out dinner that was delicious. Wow! What an amazing restaurant and so accommodating. The owners made us delicious veggie butter chicken that was out of this world. The Samosas are the best we ever had. We went back to get more today! So good!

- Owner was helpful and pleasant - Oatmeal, muffins, apples, banana, yogurt, bagel, cereal, coffee/tea provided for breakfast - Kitchenette would've been nicer if other guests cleaned up after themselves. Has pots and pans, portable stove to cook on - Shower was a little cramped but cleaner than expected - Tent was smaller than expected but still comfortable. Humid, but can't control the weather - Firewood available for campfire upon request

We loved our stay here. Great place for a relaxed, quiet getaway vacation. The room was clean with a gorgeous view of the forest behind. The owner and his family were really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families. Awesome location that is surely worth visiting again!

The staff were very attentive and warming. The room we had was clean and tidy. Everything was organized well and we always felt safe. The shower was a little hard to navigate but there was hot and cold water right away.
